There is unemployment insurance for those who loose a job to hold them over till they find a new one. If you blow all of thour income on your mortgaget hen it was your fault for buying a better house than you can afford.

Yes and if I get shot when Im robbed its my fault for getting in the way of the bullet, and a rape victim is at fault for wearing a short skirt. Oh yes my getting out of bed will cause something thats my fault before they day ends…

So someone buys a house that is more than they can afford and somehow it is an unavoidable situation brought on by outside forces? I know some realtors can be pushy but no one is forcing you to buy an expensive house.

Just maybe the mortgage payement went up , my escrow went up radically in 9 years. And don’t go into some speil about escrows, they are the law for most mortgages.

a Large portion of Escrow is property taxes. So basicaly you are looking to government to fix the problems it causes instead of trying to get government to stop causing the problem in the first place.

Property taxes are voted on by the voters. Most of what went up is my home owners insurance after 9/11.

Thanks, but I kinda figured you would. I was more talking to to the people who still think this plan is a good idea. They seemed to have missed it.

They also seem to be dimminishing in numbers. While we may never reach the compulsive takers, we may be reaching those who are trying to do the right thing but are misguided.I just hope we are able to plant seeds of logic that will sprout later and be used as point in discussion with others who are also open to the truth and reasoned discussion.
