Most Holy Trinity, Father, Son and Holy Ghost,
I adore you and offer you the most precious Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity of Jesus Christ
present in all the tabernacles of the world, in reparation for the outrage,
sacrileges and indifference with which he is offended.
And, by the infinite merit of his Most Sacred Heart and of the Immaculate Heart of Mary,
I beg of you the conversion of poor sinners, especially _______________.

I believe in God, the Father almighty, Creator of Heaven and earth, and in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord. He was conceived by the Holy Ghost, and born of the Virgin Mary. He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died and was buried. He descended into Hell. On the third day He rose again. He ascended into Heaven, and is seated at the right hand of God the Father Almighty. He will come again to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Holy Catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and life everlasting. Amen.
