Chaplet of the 5 wounds

I love this devotion but i dont have a proper set of beads, I am a rosary maker and was wondering if it would be ok for me to make a set of beads like this one: cptryon.org/xpipassio/wounds/07.html
but replace the medals with a larger bead.

This rosary can also be said using regular Rosary beads and the Confraternity of the Most Holy Rosary has, in times past, recommended five regular decades in honour of the Holy Wounds as a chaplet after the usual Dominican Rosary.

In fact, I believe the Dominican Order had, at one time, declared that the five Pater Noster beads of their Rosary are in honour of the Five Most Holy Wounds of OLGS Jesus Christ.

Other chaplets using the standard rosary beads include seven decades for the seven Blood-sheddings of Christ, 12 decades for the 12 Apostles, nine decades for the nine Choirs of Angels, and 14 decades for the Way of the Cross.
