Are the ordinary and extraordinary Charismatic graces given at baptism and during reconciliation or when one is sealed with the Holy Spirit? Are we all given ordinary Charismatic graces? The holy spirit doesn’t go away does it? Even with mortal sin that’s the theological virtues and sin is present. This is restored with absolution. Is this right?
