Does the Catholic church allow members of their church to wear Chastity rings so that they dont forget? I know there are cards but can one wear a ring aswell?

I also have a question about chastity rings. I will not never be tempted to break the vow of chastity just because that is who I am(I know I should never say never, but this is truly who I am), but should I still wear one, just because that is a big part of my religion and what I believe in? Or is the ring meant more to remind people that might break it?

First, you will most certainly be ‘tempted’ - remember even Christ was tempted. You may feel confident that you will never give in to temptation, but the Master of Lies wants you to think there will ‘never’ be temptation because that can cause you to lower your guard.
Now, onto the ring. I have lived a chaste life, and am just over 6 weeks til marriage when I will be able to share that beautiful gift with my wife. I never wore a chastity ring just because it wasn’t really my thing. My understanding of them is that it is to be used as a reminder, or a sign of your commitment. It is more a personal choice than a religious tenet (wearing the ring, not remaining chaste), and so if you want that reminder/sign, then by all means, wear it!
