Are there any Benedictine lay ministries in the Chicago-area?
I just want to know. I “feel” like participating in one ever since I visited a Benedictine monastery last November. And my spirituality is slowly or is becoming more Benedictine…

Appreciate the help!
 
call that monastery and find out if they have lay Oblates associated with them, or if they can refer you to a monastery close to your home who have Oblates. You can do this “long distance” as well, lots of older threads on Benedictine Oblates, including a recent one that had some good links.
