I completly agree that children should be protected, but it is still a good idea to get all the facts before charging off.
Would you put your kids picures on the internet? Display them on the wall of the Local Library. After all they ae just innocent poictures.Having just viewed a copy of the photo in question, I honestly couldnt label it as art.
But on the same token I cant really call it child pornography either. It simply looks like a couple of kids playing and a parent has taken a picture.
To be honest I have a couple of similar pictures of my kids in the same vein, one of my favorites is a picture of my son when he was 2yo walking up the hall wearing nothing but my boots. There are a few where they are both in the bath and running around the backyard with nothing on.
the photos I have of my kids are not porn and I dont think the photo in question is either. I dont think that it should be put on public display, I dont believe that it is “worthy” of that and as far as its artisticness goes it isnt my cup of tea. but I think it is a bit much to label it as pornography.
