Children of God

Hi Everybody,
As we know, there has been quite a bit of debate about different religions on this forum, and there have been attempts to ‘make peace’.
Well, Id just like to say, no matter what you worship, what you believe, what you do, we are ALL children of God.
He loves each and everyone of us, no matter what we worship or how we worship him.
He has given us all special gifts and is truly proud of his creation.
I doubt we will ever come to agreements on this forum about our differences, but one thing is that we can all agree on, we are his children and how much he loves us.
Now as his children, I think we are hurting him greatly by all this bickering about who is right, wrong etc.
I think the main thing he wants us to do is to love him and worship him. We like to be reminded at times how special we are from family and friends, the same goes with God, he wants to know how much we love him and worship him. He also wants us to be grateful we have the great things he has provided us with.
Please, let us keep the peace and just worship God the way he deserves to be.
I know I will always worship God through Jesus and Mary, I know this is my chosen way, and for that I will always be grateful.
Go, worship him your own chosen way.

I think what needs to happen is that people use this forum for dialogue and not point scoring (and obviously I include myself in that). Find out things from each other rather than asking provocative questions or cut and pasting “proofs” that one religion is right. Be willing to listen to explanations instead of ignoring what doesn’t fit one’s preconceptions and stereotypes.
