Sounds as if he would prefer that the only allowable religion in China is being Chinese :rolleyes:
 
And WHY should they be free of foreign influence? The Chinese have buddhism and Taoism. Buddhism came from Nepal/India.
 
Well, of course he thinks that. Totalitarian states are always uneasy with the idea that their people might hold any power other than The State to be supreme over them.
