may Your healing hand rest upon him,
may Your lifegiving powers flow into every cell of his body
and into the depths of his soul, cleansing, purifying, restoring him
to wholeness and strength for service in your Kingdom.

Father of power and mercy, painter of the universe, creator of heaven and earth. Touch your wonderful child Chris’s life, heal him and make him stronger than ever before. We have the utmost amount of trust in your glory and goodness, as well as your mercy and your ability to heal. Precious Father, Lord of all creation and majesty, grant this through Christ our Lord, Amen.
