A Prayer for Healing

Lord, You invite all who are burdened to come to You, allow Your healing hand to heal us. Touch our souls with Your compassion for others. Touch our hearts with Your courage and infinite love for all. Touch our minds with Your wisdom, that our mouths may always proclaim Your praise. Teach us to reach out to You in my need, and help us to lead others to You by our example. Most HOLY FACE OF JESUS bring us health in body and spirit that we may serve You with all our strength. Touch us gently this life which You have created, now and forever. Amen.
 
Chris continues to struggle with the chemo. He is being hammered and needs God’s peace and comfort. Thank you so much for your prayers.

Hear us for your sick servant Chris, for whom
we implore the aid of your tender mercy,
that being restored to bodily health,
he may give thanks to you in your church.

Lord, please watch over, comfort and heal Chris.

Holy Saint Joan, compassionate to the sick and wounded,
who, while on earth, nursed so many back to health, hear me.
You who wished to see no one injured or in discomfort,
pray for Chris and guide him through this difficult time.
Daughter of God, wounded many times in battle,
I petition you for healing of body, mind, soul, and spirit,
so that he may be better able to serve God in whatever capacity He wishes.
Intercede for him please.
Help him to remain strong and be healed physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Amen.
