This might sound like a silly question but I have to ask anyway, is there anything wrong with having non-Catholic denomination art or icons in your home?
I am quite fond of Ethopian and Orthodox artwork. I believe that no matter which denomination you are from, you can find beauty in all Christian art.

Nothing wrong at all, especially with Eastern Orthodox Icons.

You should learn how to read these icons, for teaching the theological truths were the purpose of using them.

I use to have an article a OCD Friar had written on icons. Very good, but not available on-line
