I just bought a breviary, Christian Prayer; with the intention to incorporate Morning and Evening Prayer in my devotions.
I’ll be frank: This breviary, though only a single volume; is a little intimidating. I’m already familiar with the Little Office of the Blessed Virgin Mary, so that experience is helping me a lot to navigate.
I’m thinking that my basic question is:
How do I understand the basic structure of the Divine Office and how do I pray it?
