I was thinking about getting another tattoo, this time of a dove. Some of you know I have OCD and I want something Christian that will remind me of inner peace.
I know the dove symbolizes the Holy Spirit as well as peace, but does it symbolize personal inner peace?
If not, what Christian symbol does?

I have a couple crosses already, and am wanting something different.
 
I actually have a raven - next to a bust portrait of Poe tattoo…
They say Noah - first let out a raven first from the ark.

I have one above my ankle that is a cross with a purple
rose and says Proverbs 3:5.
 
I don’t think it symbolizes inner peace, but in funeral monuments the dove symbolizes the peace of the departed soul.
