Many will take one look at the world and ask if there’s really a God, if there’s really a Divine overseer guiding life and its many facets. Oftentimes, people will cry out to a being they identify as God for help and none will come, whether it be the starving child in Africa, or the poor German-Jew being ushered into extermination. Many individuals will look upon these circumstances and ask why a Divine being would allow them to happen, however, a more important question has arose: Did God orchestrate it? It is common knowledge among the religious man, particularly Christians–that a particular sovereign being molds every man to its will. They believe that from conception, man has assign to Him their purposes, and are given the tools needed to fulfill them, however they also acknowledge that some Humans are born with severe impediments which severely impair their ability to function. If one says that God meticulously created William Graham, they must also admit that God created the armless man, blind man, and retarded man.
1 John 4:8 states “God is love”, yet “Loving” God created people who were destined to be inherently inferior to their fellow man. It is plain fact that there exist people who have never tasted freedom, people who have never had rest, people who die and birth, and, perhaps even more frighteningly, had to live with impairments. If God is indeed Love-itself, the candle must’ve extinguished itself upon distributing its light to its subjects. The love God is has been distributed to us, and what little remained of the once-great ember finally exhausted itself at the Cross. The human being now lives in a post-love age, where God has forsaken mankind and the being they call Jesus stands idly in the Heavenly realm, silently watching the Christian man endure most harrowing sufferings, with nothing but a blanket promise of Salvation, a promise which His destined adversary, Satan, is getting increasingly proficient at deterring people from. With an active Devil and an idle God, the world increasingly succumbs to wickedness, and as the Lord stands by with His dormant army watching, His destined enemy continuously practices and cultivates His wickedness, so as to ensure man’s demise.

Mark 10:18 Confirms to the Christian man that God is good, however through the Bible itself a statement is proposed: If God is good, then “good” no longer has meaning. The same God who, through his Son–claims to be good, is responsible for the slaughter of millions as documented in the old Testament, and the same God who claims to be merciful, showed His enemies hardness in a similar vein to the God of Islam. The Christian God can be cited as saying “Love your enemies” in Matthew 5:44, however 1 Samuel 15, documents God punishing His faithful servant, Saul, for sparing His enemy, King Agag. The former King later goes on to be annihilated by one of God’s more “faithful” followers. This isn’t the only example of God punishing His faithful, however; God also afflicts those who love Him dearly, as seen in the book of Job.
The greatest tragedy doesn’t, however lie in what God does, but rather, what He doesn’t do; every day, a man, woman, or child in suffering cries out to the Lord for help, only for none to come. Every day in North Korea, people are being executed and starved, and the Lord who died on the Cross and purchased the world refuses to use His authority and save them. When the Holocaust and known Slavery were active, many cried out to their God, and no help came, worse yet, His own people cried to Him–Christians still do, and none ever get relief. We evidently live in a God-forsaken world, trapped in a constant Chess-match between Christ and Devil, each strategically injecting themselves into arbitrary situations to maximize their earnings. Throughout this, Christ could’ve at once consigned Lucifer to Hell, or even deleted Him, however He instead opts to continue playing the pieces, meticulously revealing His presence whenever He sees fit, detached completely from what is just, for His pleasure (Psalm 115:3).

If you allow only human concepts of what good means, those human concepts will form boundaries around what good really is. They will prevent good from being a trancendant reality. They confine good to mere human conceptions and prevent the intellect from apprehending it’s deeper meaning.

The greatest tragedy doesn’t, however lie in what God does, but rather, what He doesn’t do; every day, a man, woman, or child in suffering cries out to the Lord for help, only for none to come.

Definitely a difficult thing. The problem of suffering. But one must begin with a proper understanding of God as creator.
If you are thinking about a God that created all that is, a God in whom all creatures find their reason and purpose for being, you can’t say what you are saying and remain intellectually honest.

You are making God small. Because you’ve decided that good cannot be found in these acts of God. A God that doesn’t mystify isn’t God.
You seem to be forming your concept of God on the bible alone. A way of learning about God that confines divine revelation and makes God a captive of human concepts.
