no one ever from muslims object existence of pigs in our country , christians eat porks freely and openly without any objections from governments nor groups nor personal muslims

إلى جانب أنواع الحرمان النسبي المذكور أعلاه، هناك أنواع من التفرقة الصارخة على أساس الدين. وأهم هذه هي القوانين واللوائح المنظمة لبناء دور العبادة. فبينما لا يحتاج المسلمون إلى تصريح رسمي لبناء مسجد في أي مكان، يحتاج بناء أو حتى ترميم أي كنيسة في مصر إلى مرسوم “رئاسي” من رئيس الجمهورية ـ وهو ما يعني عادة الانتظار عدة سنوات. بل إنني أعرف حالة في إحدى قرى المنيا، تبرع أحد أقباطها الميسورين (المحامي عدلي دوس) بقطعة أرض لبناء كنيسة لخدمة أقباطها الذين كان يبلغ عددهم وقت التبرع (1953) حوالي ثلثمائة. وانتقل الرجل إلى رحمة الله منذ سنتين (2003) أي بعد خمسين سنة، ولم يتم بناء الكنيسة إلى تاريخه. وما يزال نجله (الطبيب شريف دوس) يناضل البيروقراطية المصرية من أجل تحقيق حلم والده، والرغبة المشروعة والحق الدستوري لأبناء القرية الذين تجاوز عددهم الآن الألفين، وعليهم السفر عدة كيلو مترات إلى أقرب كنيسة كل يوم أحد للصلاة، أو حينما تكون هناك حالة وفاة أو زواج تتطلب خدمات كنسية. الطريف في أمر كنيسة منية دوس، أن المحامي عدلي دوس كان قد تبرع بقطعة أرض مساوية لبناء مسجد في نفس القرية في نفس التاريخ، وأيضاً على نفقته الخاصة. ولما كان بناء مساجد المسلمين لا يحتاج إلى مرسوم جهوري، أو حتى موافقة شيخ الخفر، فقد تم الانتهاء من بناء المسجد في شهور، بينما ما زال أقباط “منية دوس” ينتظرون بناء كنيستهم لأكثر من خمسين عاماً.

i care to elaborate and i’m not a Muslim. Its not my place to judge you but according to the BIBLE in Leviticus 11:7 & 8 God told us the swine was unclean to eat. Isaiah 66:17 tells us about people who are supposed to righteous hiding behind trees and eating swine-which is an abomination. 1 Corinthians 3: 16 & 17 - Those that follow Christ their bodies are a temple where the Holy Spirit dwells so we ought not to defile our bodies and if we do we will be destroyed.
If you truly believe in The Holy Bible as God’s word then why disobey him by eating what he has declared unclean.
i’m really perturbed by Dolphinlove’s response, just because you were rebuked it wasn’t a means of disrespect - when you profess to be a follower of Christ you have a standard to uphold. People within the Islamic faith know this and are aware of Christian standards so when you willfully disobey the BIBLE they laugh at us and think Christianity is foolishness.

You’ve misinterpreted the Scripture.
When the Lord told Peter to Rise. kill and eat. this was a metaphor and it is explained in the next few verses, if you studied the whole chapter (Acts 10) you would understand the principle. The reason behind the rise, kill ant eat was because it was unlawful for Jews to keep comapny with other nations Read Acts 10:28. This was literal to eat something whoch was unclean it was the Lords way of telling Peter that the gospel must also be preached to non-Jews.
The Matthew scripture is a metaphor also, you need to read from the beginning to understand whats being said. Originally the question of defiling arose because the Scribes and pharisees saw the disciple eating and they hadn’t washed their hands (which was a tradition of the elders)
Christ was trying to let the Scribes and pharisees see that their traditions (washing hands) did not take away from the fact that they were ungodly wicked people
V18 & V19 But those things which proceed out of the mouth cometh from the heart; and they defile the man. For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies
