Your thoughts?

This was supposed to be a poll but my computer hiccupped. These were the options:
  • I’m delighted that they come to Mass!
  • Good for them (but I worry they will receive communion unworthily.)
  • Why is it any of my business?
  • They are a distraction and an annoyance to regular Mass-goers.
  • I think it’s a disgrace to Our Lord that they bother showing up.
  • Other

I understand that Christmas is not a major event but it also respected by mulsims.

Last year in Italy some public schools removed the nativity from the classes in order not to insult people from other religions (muslims). That was not done in the past for the Jews.

During a television interview an Inman stated that he does not consider the nativity set itself as an insult to Islam and that he is fine with the public display in the schools. The respect to Mary is probably much stronger in Islam than in most of protestant churches.

Sorry I completely missed your point when reading the title of this thread. I understood it as asking if they are only Holidays for Christians. My answers are 1 and 2

Other:

Who cares what I think. This is what God has to say.

Revelation, chapter 3
15: "`I know your works: you are neither cold nor hot. Would that you were cold or hot!
16: So, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spew you out of my mouth

I’ll just have to assume all the CEO’s made a good confession before they came to Mass.

I had a Russian Orthodox roommate in college who claimed his priest referred to those who came only at Easter as the “Easter Orthodox” 🙂
