What Church have you either been to or gone to Christmas Midnight Mass
as well as Christmas Day Mass? In New York City.

With a beautiful service especially for children.
Please give recommendations of either Churches that have amazing EF & or NO services.
And please specify which has which.
Preferably conservative Churches.
A dear friend of mine will be traveling to New York City for Christmas & they have several children under the age of 8. They want something really conservative, traditional for Christmas Eve as well as for Christmas Day.
They would love to find an amazing Church with the EF in Manhattan.
If you have any pictures, please share as well. Please tell us why you like the Church you are recommending.
Thank you,
Peace:)

I usually go to Our Savior (38th and Park), it is a wonderful Church, devoted pastor, and they had a great OF midnight Mass last year.

However, this year I will go to an EF midnight Mass (carols at 11:30 and mass starts at 12:01 Christmas). It is to be a Solemn High Mass, at Holy Innocents Church (37th St between 6th/7th avenues).

Hi NewYorkCatholic:

Thank you for your reply!👍
By the way, do you know if the Church of Holy Innocents will have a
EF Solemn High Mass during the day on Christmas as well? If so, what time will that be?
Thank you for your help!
Merry CHRISTmas!🙂
Peace

They will not. The only Solemn High Mass I know of will be the midnight one at Holy Innocents. Our Savior and St Agnes will surely have the EF on Christmas Day, but not sure what level of solemnity
