Christmas Midnight mass

Yes and no. Our “midnight” is 5:00 pm due to the constraints imposed by having one priest for two parishes.

I wish I were! Little ones make midnight Mass next to impossible. But I look forward to attending when they’re a bit older.

Our parish has a pastor that we share with 2 others. We have the 6 pm mass tonight. There is no midnight mass.

I’d love to, but I can’t. This will be the first year I have not attended midnight Christmas Mass since becoming Catholic. But it’ll be a different experience!

Yes I am going to be there for the carols at
11 followed by Midnight Mass.
I can’t wait to see the beautiful 100 year old church decorated. It will be my first Christmas Eve Mass at my new church.

I’ll be attending Midnight Mass. it is a wonderful experience, for it is ‘Silent Night’ in my little corner of the world.

I usually go to a 10pm vigil mass but I’m going tonight at 7pm. I really like the vigil night masses though

Ours was at seven. Not a fan of carols so missed the earlier carol service just showed up for mass

Nope we went to 4pm vigil mass that was the “family mass.” My parish also has 6pm and midnight, then 10 and 12 tomorrow.

Yep, I’ll be going to midnight mass. I’ll be getting there early because right after the 12th bell stops as it’s chiming the time my pastor immediately goes into a chant about Jesus’s lineage and the proclamation that he was born. I know that part has a proper name but I don’t know what it’s called.
