I hope this thread does not go off topic based upon any number of responses to this comment because true ecclesiology is always Christocentric. Any passage that refers to the Eucharist is a good passage because the Eucharist is the source of the Church. So consider the last supper passages, ‘this is my body’. Consider John 6, 1Corinthians 10 and 11.
