We celebrate his conception on March 25 (the Annunciation) and his birth on December 25.

I’m not really sure what you are looking for? The Church doesn’t weigh in on an actual date, because we don’t know.Looking for some clarification on His chronology according to the Roman Catholic Church.
When was he conceived and born?
Liturgically we celebrate the Annunciation on March 25 and the Nativity on December 25.
