I’m in chronic pain daily, with no end on the horizon. I"m only 37 and can’t imagine living like this the rest of my life. I pray to God everyday to help me. What can I do? I’m having lots of bad thoughts.

I have been seeing both and nothing is helping. Also only getting 2 to 3 hours a sleep per night. STRUGGLING badly. And anxiety is out the roof. Some meds have made me worse.

If you’re not under a doctor’s care, make an appointment today. It takes time to work thru the system of GPs & specialists, but it’s worth it. It took me a couple of years to get the right specialist who was able to properly diagnose the pain & do something about.
In my own experience, I found it hard to pray when the pain was the worst. I learned to offer it up in the morning before things went south.

I have severe IBS and possibly Fibro. Doctors can’t do much to treat. I have been trying diet, praying that God’s heavenly food will set things straight.

From my bed of pain to you… It gets easier to cope with; not bear, but cope with. See the difference? I am much older than you but always find solace in small things now. I have found pain relief that helps thankfully but it took time. Mine started when I was 27 so I do understand ,
