Is there a mainstream or unbiased news site reporting on this? I’m not giving this, the World Nut Daily, or the Daily Stormer any clicks. About that last site? Curious bedfellows right-wingers have.

Is it better to ignore the enemy and pretend he doesn’t exist and isn’t prowling about like a roaring lion, looking for souls to devour?
 
Although it wouldn’t be surprising if true given the recent history of the Church of Sweden, none of the sources provided are reliable.

Considering this so called Christian church has an openly lesbian “bishop” I find it highly probable, regardless of source.
 
Such news reminds me to be vigilant. It reminds me of the inevitable outcomes when churches pervert Christian teachings in accommodation to hedonistic secularism.
 
Seems like they’ve gone from celebrating it, to the extreme blasphemy of projecting it upon the Holy Family. And they’re indoctrinating children with it.
 
I know, it’s horrid.

It’s one thing to practice homosexuality while acknowledging it’s wrong.

Another thing to practice homosexuality while denying it’s wrong.

An entire new dimension to believe that God himself was a homosexual.

God bless Swedish Christians and protect them from further moral decay.

I worry that “serious” Swedish Christians may seek to escape extreme laxness by converting to extreme harshness, the religion with the fastest growing adherents in those parts. Islam.

Yes, it’s mind boggling. Well, I’m sure the Swedes won’t dare to suggest that Mohammed was gay.
 
I googled it and got CNB, Lifesite, WDN, Sputnik News, The Daily Stormer, and a YouTube video from a source I haven’t determined. The usual suspects for often unverified news intended to agitate and promote hate.
 
There does seem to be a suspicious lack of any well-known news sources. I’ve never heard any of those.
 
Before I post my picture, I will say that we must of course pray for Sweden. I am pretty faithful about praying for the nations on my Rosary. I’ll write down 10 countries, and devote one decade to praying “for the nations”. Which is an evangelical Protestant term around these parts…
Pray that they convert to Catholicism. I don’t think there’s much hope of any Ordinariate scenario for most Swedish Christians, if their Church is this far gone…
 
This really speaks for itself. Note, that the 2 most recent years recorded also showed the greatest declines. No one can argue that they’re succeeding at all in “stopping the bleeding”. They have never been bleeding faster.

The Church of Sweden (as the Church of Denmark where I was baptised) used to have both a very modern wing and a VERY conservative Lutheran wing. Whereas the Church of Denmark still retains these Conservative Lutheran (known as Inner Mission) in certain parts of the country, they’ve all but died out in Sweden as far as I’m aware. This means that every conservative Christian in Sweden (Lutheran or otherwise) pretty much stand on their own. We can pray that some of these lonely people find their way to our Catholic Church.
