I went to church service for mercy sunday. it was a special service mentioned in the paper. we figured it would be a big to do. we get there and there are like 30 people there. the priest is so old he shakes. praise God he made it through the service. they had bells and smells which was nice. There was rosary and adoration. during silent adoration they did the confession. then we said the chaplet of divine mercy at 3 after which we had a simple service. which is good because the organist could not have dealt with much more. I would not have refered to her as second rate. Fourth or fifth would be more accurate. she was backed up by a single singer who saw better days. and yet it was the most glorious uplifting experience. The warm fuzzy. we left in the kind of joy where you want to go tell it on the mountain if only you could put into words what you were experienceing. We both had 40 minutes to go in oppisite directions with noone else in the car. So we even got to think about the warm fuzzy all the way home. It was a great day.
