Yes, absolutely. Anytime 4PM or later on Saturday, or anytime on Sunday (midnight to midnight).

In our Archdiocese, Cardinal Maida has mandated that each Vicarate\Deanery offer a Sunday PM Mass at one of it’s parishes. That is so those who cannot readily attend a Sunday am or Saturday Vigil Mass will have a Mass option within a reasonable driving distance.

Yep, there is no problem with this. This is very common on many college campuses, students prefer to go Sunday night and masses are usually well attended.Is it okay to go to a Sunday evening Mass (9 PM) to fulfill my weekly obligation?

There is a 10:15pm Sunday Mass at my college (in addition to the other 9 Sunday Masses)
