I’m not very familiar with the LA area, so I’ll just pass on a bit of advice that helped me, for what it’s worth …
When I was moving from Kentucky to Pennsylvania, I asked my former pastor how to select a parish. He told me to look for one that has Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration. I did find one, and I am very happy there. I think that if a parish is Eucharist-centered, chances are it gets some other things right too.
I looked at masstimes.org/dotNet/churchlookups.aspx for you and found a link to the website of St. Therese Parish in Alhambra, which does have Perpetual Adoration. The website is at sts-alh.org/sttheresechurch/ . Glancing through one issue of their bulletin online, I noticed that they also have a Respect Life ministry, Bible Study, Benediction, Stations of the Cross, and regularly scheduled confession times. These are probably good signs, but you will have to visit for yourself to see whether it is a good fit for you.
