I recently purchased a cincture and I feel that it may help me as I struggle with my thoughts - hopefully it will. My only questions are 1) Do you need to be invested with it like the brown scapular 2) Do you take it off at night 3) If you take it off at night do you pray the seven glory be-s before putting it on in the morning 4) in the little booklet that came with it it says that there should be Seven Knots at one end and only one at the other - mine however seems to only have one at each end, how should I fix this? Should there be seven + the knot that is already there? Should there be 1 + the knot at the other end? :confused:
