Is civil marriage considered as an adultry in the Catholic faith?

Any marriage in Egypt for christians outside The church is considered adultry marriage (as if the couples are not married according to church teatching ie they are living together but with lawful right to each other but not marriage as church teatching) even The Egyptian laws do not legalise civil marriage , so the question is in the catholic faith how do they consider civil marriage.

If a person is a Catholic, they are required to marry according to Catholic Church law. The Orthodox also have requirements for the form of marriage.

If a person is a Christian who is not a baptized Catholic or Orthodox (i.e. has never been a member of either of these Churches) then they marry validly when they marry each other in a civil ceremony. Same for the unbaptized.

The Catholic Church recognizes marriages between non-Catholic Christians as valid.

I read your other post, and I think you are confusing civil marriage for non-Catholics and civil marriage involving Catholics. If a Catholic or Orthodox attempts a civil marriage, without a dispensation from form, then they are not validy married. This does not apply to non-Catholics and non-Orthodox.
