Clapping after Mass has ended?

That’s why I’m leaving the Catholic Church. I’m tired of controversy, unfriendliness, constant anger, and institutional angst. Arguing over liturgy, scandals, circling the wagons, hypocisy.

You don’t sound very charitable to call people inconsiderate for talking after Mass. You actually sound self centered and fussy.

My apologies, “self centered and fussy” wasn’t quite what I was trying to convey.

If I’m self centered for wanting to pray in relative quiet after receiving Communion though, so be it.

I’m truly sorry if my comments brought this post about… that wasn’t my intention at all. People can do whatever they want, i was only expressing my desire to pray in silence.

Don’t judge the church by the people in it… judge it by the Truth that is truly present there. People will always be flawed, but the Church that Jesus gave to us is too important to let those imperfect people ruin it.
