I am looking for a classification of virtue and vice similar to the periodic table of elements.

Scientists have define the elemental characteristics of gold as so many isotopes and electrons etc. If any one characteristic is changed it is no longer gold; it becomes free floating atoms, electrons or something else besides gold.

I am looking for a table that offers the defining characteristics of the virtues and and vices-- characteristics that are valid always and everywhere without variations. For example, what is pride? or humility?

May I suggest reviewing the sections of the CCC on virtue and vice listed in the index here.

There is no table, but there is an organization described.

thanks. that’s a start. i may have to create the structure for what i am looking for. but, thanks for your diligent effort. have a nice piece of cake.
