On this topic…Head of Dolly clone lab is found hanged
Spiritdaily.com has just published this today about the man who headed the lab where Dolly the sheep was cloned committed suicide this past weekend.

Sad. Nothing good can come from cloning for it is not God’s Will.

Don’t forget that cloning for the purposes of getting organs for transplants still involves destroying an innocent life to get those organs. You cannot clone just an organ–you have to clone an entire human being, kill him or her, then “harvest” the organs.

Clearly that’s evil, but I’m not so sure that’s the case with organ cloning. Perhaps we’re talking about something other than cloning, but visionaries foresee manipulating DNA in cells in such a way as to grow not a whole person but an individual organ, say, a new liver, from adult stem cells.

Why clone anything? Don’t we have enough sheep, dogs and cats? To clone a human is as sick as abortion, just because we have the technology to do something does not mean we should do it. We have the technology to destroy the world but that does not mean we should do it.

If it does have a soul, then who created the soul?

If God created it, then he participated in the creation of the clone.

Sorry for the grisly details, but, based on some of the posts so far, I think this needed to be clarified.

Wrong, in fact it is more then likely they will be able to clone individual organs in the future.
