I think this would all be much less disturbing if the protesters were carrying American flags instead of Mexico flags. If you want to be a part of this country, show it.
Modest proposal: let’s just give California, Nevada, New Mexico, Arizona and Texas back to Mexico.I think this would all be much less disturbing if the protesters were carrying American flags instead of Mexico flags. If you want to be a part of this country, show it.
Sad to say, but oh, so true, our politicians are far more interested in votes than what is good for the country. Yes, they will vote for what is best for the country–so long as it does not get in the way of their reelection. A pox on all their houses.I wondered if anybody here has ever been to Mexico, especially the border towns? If you break one of their laws down there, you can be hauled off to jail, and just left there. They enforce their laws, especially with foreigners, or “undocumented” aliens. Why shouldn’t we do the same? It should have been done years ago, but now it’s probably too late. The politicians response now will be a watered-down law that doesn’t mean anything, and will allow the illegals to all become citizens with one swoop of the pen. This will make a mockery of our entire immagration system. They might as well open both borders, and let everybody come in, terriorists and all. We only have ourselves to blame for all of this.
