Agree, no such thing as too much. However, as it is a diuretic, I’ve recently discovered I DO need to increase my H20 intake a bit. I typically drink coffee from morning to bedtime, some flavored creamer but not much. Last week I found myself suffering the symptoms of dehydration. The only thing that made sense as a cause was coffee all day and not enough bottled water.That will happen to me with coffee, regardless of what I put in it, if I have more than 6 cups, although I still maintain there’s no such thing as too much coffee.
