It’s not really an apologetics question, but neither can I see this going into any of the other forums.

I’m looking for bound volumes or online versions of the documents of the 21 Ecumenical Councils (and, if available, synods). I have searched Google, but I couldn’t find what I was looking for. Maybe some of you can refer me to some good material.

Thank you. 🙂

Sorry, I do not have a real answer.

However, if you wish to know what documents have been used for the* Catechism of the Catholic Church, Second Edition*, go to the book’s Index of Citations starting on page 689. Or when you are reading a paragraph, check the footnotes.

This book has the context for footnote citations.
The Companion to the Catechism of the Catholic Church, A Compendium of Texts Referred to in the Catechism of the Catholic Church ISBN 0-89870-450-2 (HB);
ISBN 0-89870-451-0 (PB)

A couple of links:
They seem to have documents of all the Ecumenical Councils. The second site also has some material about other councils as well:
Hope that helps.
