I am really unsure about where I’m going to attend college this fall.

I plan on majoring in theology, but all the schools that are offering me huge scholarships are unorthodox. Then there’s this one hardcore catholic school that is within 1.5 hours form my hours- it’s a smaller campus, they have amazing campus ministry, there’s a religious order right next door, it’s perfect! But I highly doubt that I’ll be able to afford it. 😦

Right now I feel torn… I don’t want to graduate with over 50k in debt since I plan on working jobs that tend to pay less. But at the same time I don’t know if it’s worth attending a school that doesn’t teach what the church teaches, just to save some money. Especially since I feel called to teach… I don’t want to end up teaching anything other than Truth.

If you don’t mind praying a few prayers that I’ll know what God wants me to do this next year, I’d greatly appreciate it.

Thanks! :flowers:

Hail Mary, Full of Grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women, and Blessed is the Fruit of Thy Womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now, and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Lord God, please bless this person as they discern Your Will for them, and make Your Will clear to them Lord God. Through Jesus Christ, Our Lord, I pray. Amen.

I’ll keep you in my prayers. Good luck with all your academic endeavors.

May God ensure your strength of character and commitment to Him and the faith, whatever college you attend.

Praying for the intercession of Saint Thomas Aquinas, patron of students

Our Father, Who art in heaven,
Hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come.
Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil. Amen.
