Well, it is actually a long story, but the short version is I have been Protestant for 26 years, but 3 years ago I became interested in the Catholic Church. I began to study and read about it, go to Mass as I could and sit in on some RCIA classes. I have always been drawn to the Catholic Church, even when I was at a Protestant college as a Bible major. The biggest hurdle was my wife, who has a hostile attitude towards the Church. But after 3 years, I must do what God has been leading me to do, and now my wife is sort of understanding, but is no way ok with it. She told me I can join and I only pray that in time she and my 3 daughters understand why I must become Catholic.Congratulations. Can you share the inspiration or path that lead you home?
