A homily with Cardinal Arinze is certain to be well worth attending.
 
He is wonderful. I’ve never heard him in person, but I have read some of his articles and homilies. The closest I’ve ever gotten to meeting him was almost being run over by his driver when he was late for the Papal Ash Wednesday Mass in 2010 at Santa Sabina. Poor Cardinal Arinze was in the back clinging to the seat in front of him as the car sped up the Aventine Hill.

It’s good to see that Cardinal Arinze is still in action at the age of 85. I’d certainly go along if I were now living in the New York area.
 
You are so fortunate to be in a diocese like this. My diocese is closed in on itself. It’s a spiritual wasteland.
