Well it is assumed that people know what logical fallacies are. For example, if I accuse you of commiting a straw man fallacy or a red herring fallacy, it is assumed that you (and others) would know what the meaning (or description) of those named fallacies are and that if you (and others) don’t know, it is assumed you will look up the meaning (or description) of those named fallacies.
A fallacy can’t exist without an argument. So, just quote the argument I made that was labelled as a fallacy. Without such an argument, there is no fallacy. (This is an opportunity entangle me in my own words.)
 
Okay, Rodrigo (and everyone), I’ve dealt with Ortho enough recently to determine that he/she just isn’t worth responding to. That person is only here to instigate, so don’t waste your time. Just my advice.

Now that really makes my day. Can you name any fallacies? That would be the icing on the cake.

And I’ve never been called a he/she before.

Do you think a fallacy can exist without an argument?
