Yes, they are in Texas. I met a couple who had come from Italy particularly to set up groups in this area. It was close to Houston. The web site lists contacts in Texas:Do they have members here in Texas too?
They were quite active when I grew up in Italy, and it was interesting because it was mainly an organization of young people (then they grew old as I did). They evolved form Gioventu’ Studentesca (poorly translated as studious youth) They were quite involved with the influence of Catholicism in the social and political life of Italy. One of its “founders” was a student now known as Bishop Luigi Negri.
Yes, and CL is also present in Alabama as well!I knew nothing of this group either, until several days ago. Funny the name shows up here now, interesting.
