Is it allowed if I receive communion:
  1. During the 9th day of the Simbang Gabi on December 24 (4:00 am in our Parish)
  2. At the Mass during the Night on December 24 (9 pm in my Parish)
  3. At the Mass during the Day on December 25 (8 am in my Parish)

Yes
That is two times on December 24, midnight to midnight, second time is a Mass.
One time on December 25.

CIC Can.917 A person who has received the Most Holy Eucharist may receive it again (iterum) on the same day only during the celebration of the Eucharist in which the person participates, with due regard for the prescription of can. 921, part 2 [note: that section pertains to those in danger of death]

Hi, Diego!

…I understand that there was some sort of Command to receive Communion only once per day… but that has been relaxed (perhaps because of people such as my Mom, going to several Masses per day) and we are allowed to receive Communion more than once; don’t know if there’s a limit to two; yet, we must be reasonable… 😉😉😉

Merry Christmas!

Yes, no problem.

You’re receiving once on Christmas Eve, twice on the feast of Christmas.

There was such a rule. It has not been that way since 1983.

Canon law now permits a receiving second time, on the condition that the second time is at an actual Mass.

Viaticum for the dying permits even a third time but that would be rare; still permitted.

The original change was before the current canon law of 1983. They give the exceptions for 1) Saturday morning plus evening Mass, 2) Holy day of obligation morning plus evening Mass 3) Holy Thursday morning plus evening Mass 4) Easter second Mass and 5) Christmas Midnight plus day Mass.

It was first changed in Immensae Caritatis —On Facilitating Reception Of Communion In Certain Circumstances, Sacred Congregation of the Sacraments, January 29, 1973
  1. A More Extensive Faculty To Receive Communion Twice In One Day
The discipline now in force permits the faithful to receive communion a second time on the same day:

—on Saturday evening or the evening before a holy day of obligation, when they are fulfilling the obligation to assist at Mass, even if they have received communion that morning;3

—at the second Mass of Easter Sunday and in one of the day Masses on Christmas, even if they have received communion at the Mass of the Easter Vigil or at the Mass at Midnight on Christmas;4

—also at the evening Mass on Holy Thursday, even if they have also received communion at the chrism Mass.5

Over and above those listed, there are other situations of the same type that favor a second communion.

That only serves to confuse things.

Those permissions were all given under the 1917 Code which has long since been abrogated.

Under the current Code of Canon Law (which is the one that actually matters) there is no need for any such permissions.

Again, it only confuses things because people might not be aware that what you posted is no longer the Church’s law.

Yes. It is allowed. You have nothing to worry about, no reason to be concerned.

Don’t be confused by people who want to confuse the issue.

There is no problem.

Some people are interested in history of the canonical developments. I will be the judge of that.

Hi!

I concur!

…I’ve only witness that being an issue with a lady that would show up just at the time of the Consecration… she would jump on the line and quickly exit the Church after Receiving… our Rector had to speak with her… I never saw her do so again… after that, she would fully attend Mass every time she would receive the Holy Eucharist.

Merry Christmas!

Perhaps, then, it would be a good idea to make it abundantly clear that what you are posting is a historical anecdote only and is NOT an answer to the original question.

Posted as it was… it would undoubtedly be confusing to some as Father David has already said.
