If I go to mass on Saturday night that is anticipatory of Sunday and receive communion, is it ok to receive communion again on Sunday?

Yes it is fine to receive communion on saturday and sunday, even if the saturday mass is a vigil mass. According to canon law you can receive communion twice a day if the second time is within the Eucharistic celebration.

Can. 917 One who has received the blessed Eucharist may receive it again on the same day only within a eucharistic celebration in which that person participates, without prejudice to the provision of can. 921 §2.

Yes, you can receive on both days.

I think the restriction is twice in a calendar day. Thus one can receive Saturday morning and evening, and Sunday morning and evening.

This is from my memory, but I think I got it from a reliable source.

Yes, it is twice per calender day. So from midnight to midnight.
