I’m not sure that Br. Rich’s quote suports your assumptions regarding the proper posture(s) after receiving communion.

Both the Dubium and the response of the Bishops’ Committee on the Liturgy both state that the people may sit, stand, or kneel - whichever is most appropriate for each individual, and that the liturgy is not to be so rigidly as to forbid the traditional practice of kneeling.

I believe he meant what posture is taken after the Lamb of God. In most diocese all kneel again, until they get up to go to receive Holy Communion…

I wasn’t sure. Your quote from the BCL Newsletter pertains only to the posture after receiving Holy Communion.

The position of the Holy See, along with that of the BCL, is that the local bishop cannot determine the posture of the faithful after each has received Holy Communion. That decision is made solely by the communicant (although I’m sure that the bishop or celebrant could suggest a particular posture).
 
Iam a Traditonal Catholic, and my opinion is one should be kneeling, not standing. One should receive the Eucharist in the mouth, and not the hand. These are for me, the right way.
