I am talking about the Chinese Bishops are approved by the Communist government of China. I do not understand why our Holy Father has to invite CPA Bishops while the underground Church loyal to Rome suffers. I respectfully disagree with his decision. I believe the CPA church should be declared schismatics due to the fact that they alright with communism, abortion, contraception, and one child policy.

The CPA bishops ARE schismatic. That was decreed by Pope Pius XII. They DO follow the Communist government’s line on abortion, one child only, etc. Perhaps Benedict XVI was hoping to be able to get them to stand up for Catholic teaching and thus possibly re-integrate them into the Catholic Church. At any rate, the Chinese Commie government would not allow them to accept Benedict’s invitation.
