These signs have all been fulfilled.

“The time foreordained unto the peoples and kindreds of the earth is now come. The promises of God, as recorded in the holy Scriptures, have all been fulfilled. Out of Zion hath gone forth the Law of God, and Jerusalem, and the hills and land thereof, are filled with the glory of His Revelation. Happy is the man that pondereth in his heart that which hath been revealed in the Books of God, the Help in Peril, the Self-Subsisting.” (Gleanings X)
This explains absolutely nothing

It’s amazing how many churches in the world are ‘dedicated to the Glory of God’.

Must be in the millions. Change that to Arabic and it would read dedicated to Baha’u’llah.

Sigh… So near and yet so far.
Why is the Arabic language so important? “Glory of God” has numerous meaning is countless different lauguage. Because he changed his name to “Baha’u’llah” doesn’t mean he is the “Glory of God”

Help in Peril, the Self-Subsisting
“…revealed in the Books of God, the Help in Peril, the Self-Subsisting”.

God is our only help, God is Self-Subsisting.

All Holy books tell us of this Fact.

Why can’t this new Jesus just speak in clear understandable language like he use to in the Bible… does he now have something to hide :hmmm:
Did you not read post 229…Here it is again 😉

Actually I considered this morning why this may be so, that people may be confused.

All the Holy books up to Muhammad were for Prophecy, their main purpose to prepare us for the day of God.

Thus the language is one of promise, hope and of telling of things to come.

All mankind’s prayers are for this promised Day of God where His Kingdom will on Earth be the same as in Heaven.

Thus one can see why the Language of The Messenger has changed. Baha’u’llah is the fulfillment, thus the Word is now telling us “Here I Am”.

All that you pray for all you hope for is now Manifest. Really this is most Logical.

God bless and regards Tony

So Jesus thought it would be better to make his words harder to understand this time around.🤷
These words talk to the Soul. immerse yourself in the ocean of the Words that you may unravel all that is contained within.

I’m drowning in ambiguousness
If your heart was sincere and pure, there would be no ambiguity. A sincere, pure and searching soul would seek local Bahais and enroll in a Baha’i institute program which will educate you in the means by which you can understand every single Word of this majestic Revelation.

Purity and sincerity…

“Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God" - Matt 5:8

“And everyone who thus hopes in him purifies himself as he is pure” 1John 3:3

Nothing to offer, but World Unity.

I’m drowning in ambiguousness
The Bible is as such as well if it was not there would be only One Christian Faith.

It is Gods way to Hid the Spiritual in Material Words so we can unravel all that is contained within.

"…Thus it is recorded: “Every knowledge hath seventy meanings, of which one only is known amongst the people. And when the Qá’im shall arise, He shall reveal unto men all that which remaineth.” He also saith: “We speak one word, and by it we intend one and seventy meanings; each one of these meanings we can explain…”

“…The other language is veiled and concealed, so that whatever lieth hidden in the heart of the malevolent may be made manifest and their innermost being be disclosed. Thus hath Ṣádiq, son of Muḥammad, spoken: “God verily will test them and sift them.” This is the divine standard, this is the Touchstone of God, wherewith He proveth His servants. None apprehendeth the meaning of these utterances except them whose hearts are assured, whose souls have found favour with God, and whose minds are detached from all else but Him. In such utterances, the literal meaning, as generally understood by the people, is not what hath been intended…”

It is our Test

i am not sure if any one else has read where the bahai state how much bahaullah suffered.

this is a quote i lifted from the wikipedia article on bahaullah: "The final years of Bahá’u’lláh’s life (1879–1892) were spent in the Mansion of Bahjí, just outside `Akká,"

forced to live in a mansion and free to come and go, horrible torture if we are to believe bahai.
