I don’t say which Church. I know it is the Church of Baha’u’llah. It is you that recommends another Church to me.

On the basis of your recommendation of Catholicism and Baha’u’llah’s recommendation of Himself, I choose Him every single time, without a dot of hesitation.

Would Jesus, if He were alive today tell me to be a Catholic?

Yes, I did, but I chose Catholicism (as opposed to the Baha’i Faith being the fulfillment of Orthodoxy or Lutheranism for example) only because the Baha’i Writings affirm the primacy of Peter, not because I believe I should be a Catholic as opposed to an Orthodox.

In reality, it is only through the Baha’i Writings that I can know this is Truth about Catholicism, otherwise I could just as easily believe in many Protestant denominations and Orthodoxy.

However, TODAY, I no longer need the primacy of Peter as my Truth, I have the primacy of Baha’u’llah in the Greater Covenant of God.

Can you show me where in Bahaism it is stated “Bahaism is the Fulfillment of Catholicism”?

What I find also strange is the word “fulfillment”, How can you say Bahaism is fulfillment because of Peter. He’s just a man not God. The primacy of Peter also is agreed by the Orthodox. So what is this “primacy” that the Bahai paradigm is meaning?

I think you are really confused even in professing your choice of Faith.

I understand and appreciate that the primacy is acknowledged by the Orthodox Church.

To an Orthodox, I would also state that the Baha’i Faith is the fulfillment of Orthodoxy.

Put simply, I believe the Baha’i Faith to be the fulfillment of all Churches with Apostolic Succession.

There is nowhere (that I am aware of) in the Baha’i Writings that states the word “the Baha’i Faith is the fulfillment of Catholicism” no, but it is implied by the Baha’i concept of progressive Revelation.

Every Friday during lent … one meal and two small meals… no meat… crawfish is a shellfish so it’s ok.

Dear Martin,

It is not in the Baha’i paradigm alone. These Truths are found in early early Catholicism through St.Paul in its embryonic understanding. Baha’u’llah has fulfilled this understanding and Truth through His Revelation:
Heb 1:1 In the past God spoke to our ancestors **through the prophets at many times **and in various ways, 2 but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son
