That’s Ceftin, and is basically the same as Keflex, just a second gen where Keflex is a first. Could just be what’s more readily available in your area or what is available through your national health service plan - their drug list is called a formulary, so that might just be what’s on the formulary. It can also depend on what kind of infection you had.
