Please pray for me.
A friend betrayed me.

I was hurt a lot.

He left a note saying that he wanted to talk to me and he’s sorry. But he still does the thing that hurt me. I’m so troubled… Prayers please.

Pray that I may have compassion, love and courage to forgive.

I am truly sorry that you were hurt and betrayed; it is one of the worst things that can happen to us. I pray that you may see yourself in Christ, who was Himself betrayed by one of His closest friends, Judas Iscariot, and then abandoned by most of his other friends. Yet, He still loved them all and forgave His other apostles. He loved them despite what they had done. But, it is not wrong for you to want your friend to stop doing what hurts you. Just ask your friend to stop and tell them how you feel. If they won’t, forgive them, but you don’t have to continue to talk to them. I pray that God may give you the wisdom and kindness to do what is right and best. I also pray for the forgiveness of all your sins and the sins of those who hurt you, and for the alleviation of all your ills. I ask for the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, your guardian angel and St. Peter. God bless. 🙂

It is hard when someone betrays your
trust and love for them, but Our Lord
was betrayed by ALL His followers at
the lowest point in His life, in the Garden
of Gethsemane, BUT HE had LOVE for
those He came to earth for, the Church,
and that was enough for Him. We, too
must have Love for those the Lord put
into our lives and FORGIVE and FOLLOW
Christ’s example of self-sacrificing LOVE.
It is not so much that we are Loved but
it is much more important that we LOVE.

Our Father, who is in heaven,
Your Name be held holy,
Your kingdom come,
Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
and forgive us our debts as
we forgive our debtors,
and lead us not into temptation,
