Complaining and venting

is it sinful to complain about stuff, like for example saying “I hate when people do X stuff” or “when X thing happens”.

you know like complaioning about an action, but not about someone.

I think it’s natural to complain, but I know that I often need to remember to be grateful for the good stuff. Even on days when everything goes wrong. Ok, so I sometimes vent as well. But I have to know who I’m talking to when I do it so that they know I’m just venting. But to make bad remarks about someone behind their back, I think that’s more than just bad manners, it’s down right rude.
