Complete Anxiety

My life seems to be in a complete stand still. It has been two years since I cut communication from all my classmates and I’m staying home now. I want to get out off this constant melancholy I have within. I’ve always been a good student , but now I feel so lost. I really want to succeed , I really want become a doctor and nothing else , that’s it, so please pray for me. Sometimes I get up in the night and simply cry ,in this new country. Please pray for me and let me know that somebody is there.

Inspire our physicians with your professionalism and with the divine compassion for their patients. Enable them to cure the ills of both body and spirit that afflict so many in our day.

Please go see a doctor. This is something that can be controlled by medication and other things. You may be suprised how much it will help.

Yes please. I am not sure how old you are, but when I was younger I too suffered greatly from stress, anxiety, and depression, isolating myself too. At the time their were not good anxiety medicines; however, today there are very good ones. I would be back to where I was before without mine. They will make such a difference in your life and help you start to use the gifts and talents God intended you to.

Prayer in the time of Worries and Anxieties

O God, my beloved Father, I thank you for this day. You know how worried and anxious I am about…. Help me to be sensible and to see that worrying about things does not make them any better. Help me to be calm and serene in such situations of life. Help me to cast all my worries and anxieties upon you for I know that you care for me. Help me to be sure that nothing can happen to me through which you cannot bring me in safety and that nothing can separate me from your love. I believe and trust that your everlasting arms are underneath me and above me and give me something of the peace that the world cannot give and cannot ever take away. Jesus my Lord you said to me ‘Do not be afraid, Take courage, It is I’. Jesus I praise you. Jesus I love you. There is power in your mighty name. Alleluia.

Holy Spirit, my consoler, give me comfort in all difficult situations of life. I trust in your power. Enrich me with your power intervention. Thank you Lord. Praise you Lord. Amen.

I am here. I care. I am praying for you. I struggle with anxiety, too. I pray you get some relief soon. You are never alone - the Holy Spirit and your guardian angel are always with you.

Be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the Devil.
May God rebuke him, we humbly pray,
and do thou,
O Prince of the heavenly hosts,
by the power of God,

Mother Mary you experienced life in a foreign land, Egypt, away from relatives and friends, foreign language spoken all around you, a young Child, and your husband struggling to find work as a foreign-speaking refugee.
Please pray for Irene in the difficulties she is experiencing that she will go forward with hope and courage, and find a good future and friendships.
Lord bless Irene with all the graces and opportunities that she needs and the courage to respond.

I am 19 and the doctor say that I am fine except that I am a terribly shy and socially awkward person. He said once I get a grip in my life [as to what I want to study] everything will be fine. But his words didn’t seem too convincing to me! It’s like I’ve always been like this , but one fine day when I couldn’t overcome an obstacle , everyone around are asking me to change and be more complete!

Praying for you Irene. I echo what others have said- you need to make contact with people so they can help.

I know people who went to UAE too, and they were lonely, but things did get better for them, and they can get better for you too. A year from now you want to be looking back at these dark times with them well behind you.
