Complete Detachment from Sin

For the purposes of trying to get a plenary indulgence and the requirement of complete detachment from sin: Sometimes when I, for instance, drop a tool on my toe, I might let out an ‘ow’ and an old Anglo-Saxon curse word. I have been working on this problem with using words like this, but still let one go now and then. Would this disqualify me from getting a plenary indulgence, assuming I actually had complete detachment from all other sin? (not saying I do yet)
 
Detachment does not mean no sin whatsoever, for despite our sincere efforts, we still fall into sin. It is, rather, the willingness not to indulge a particular habit or occasion of sin, without efforts to amend or repent. If you are sincere in never willingly wishing to commit a sin to offend God, then you are detached from it.

Actual mortal or venial sins are only committed willingly.

It is only God who judges our intentions. If we fail in getting a Plenary Indulgence, we will by the grace of God, receive a Partial Indulgence.
Complete detachment from sin is a very difficult condition, but a goal to strive towards.
